This training was very informative of leadership styles, communication methods, and general tactics for sometimes complicated situations. I really appreciated the authenticity of the presenter. The real life situations discussed felt like they could be applicable to myself and my own experiences instead of something that could never happen. I really liked the deeper dive into the matrix of styles and best ways to communicate with each. I appreciate the downloadable content for future use as well. This training was well organized and thoughtful. It gave me a lot to think about regarding my own tendencies, my current leadership, and what I'd like to see in my future roles. I really look forward to future trainings.

The content in this course is relevant. There are many different flavors and versions of this content, but Tony provides a great breakdown. A lot of managing up is self-awareness and observation to be able to adjust one's style taking out your own bias and understanding their mindset. Tony does a great job of breaking it down.

I got a lot from this course. It really makes you evaluate yourself and how you interact with leadership. What really hit with me is to not assume intentions and to and plan for all types of reaction as well as the ability to reign yourself in and put distance between stimulus and response. I also found the layout of different leadership styles helpful, I think we should all take a good look at how we lead and if that style coincides with the types of employees we may have.
