My name is Tony Byrnes, & I’m just a regular guy trying to make a difference, like many of you. I have screwed up, made mistakes, and made an impact (sometimes all at the same time) over the course of my career in leadership, spanning nearly 20 years. I've had the opportunity to work in leadership roles ranging from Supervisor to Vice President, leading programs accumulating to billions of dollars in investments. I'm OBSESSED with the topic of Leadership, and want to share my knowledge with the world so I can help you avoid making some of the same mistakes I did. I do not believe in "professional leaders." I've been in the trenches and fully empathize with what you are going through. I bring real-world approaches to your career, and hope to see you soon.
